I worked and learned in the prestigious restaurant Burg Staufeneck (Michelin star kitchen and 5star hotel) in Salach (Germany).
In addition, I finished my apprenticeship at the Bad Ueberkingen regional cooking school as a cook with "additional qualifications in kitchen and service management".
I have experience in the banqueting kitchen, the à la carte service, as a cooking guide as well as in the areas of storage and large catering. As a reliable employee I was employed on all posts.
I am delighted to be able to implement the specifications from the menu plans creatively and variedly and to offer delicious dishes.
