Hello I am a qualified chef, originally from Italy! I’ve lived in Australia almost 10 years now & completed my qualification here. I have worked all over Europe; Italy, Spain, Greece. And now here in Australia as a chef I’ve worked in various locations, restaurants and resorts. All different levels from commis to chef de party. I’ve also worked the a la carte section, buffet and in pastry as well. I work casually now and I like the idea of sharing my food this way. For larger orders I can access a commercial kitchen (100 and more people) I can do buffet, plate up, finger food and desserts.
