Prior to having my own cafe, I was a Head Chef in St Michael Golf Club Bistro at the little bay not only managing their clients' functions like wedding, Christmas, special occasions and also other business events. I also cooked and organized other chefs to work as a team. I have catered a large group of catering to the number of 300peopel.
I was also a Chef for a number of upmarket Chinese restaurant in Sydney.
