My passion for cooking started at the age of 12, I have a Patisserie diploma from Le Cordon Bleu London. As well as two internships in the kitchen in both Thailand and Paris. My love for cooking drives me to one day open my own restaurant. I am not about how the dish will look, I care about the taste which I get from All the wide range of spices and herbs I use for each of my dishes. My favourite types of dishes are the ones that the moment it goes in your mouth you feel a warm comfort inside. Homecooked meals are the best dishes in my opinion.
