If someone ask me to write my story up until now where would I start? At the age of 30 I decided to become a chef despite what other people thought I did it, My favorite quote of all time is Van Gough “If you have the passion, If you have the hunger, then you have the power to do anything” I’ve been through my share of rough times, personal and work related only the people close to me know the truth of who I am. Now I have the passion the hunger to make this work, make this a viable business so watch this space this is just the beginning of my story.
I am a chef by trade, I am also have patisserie experience, I also have a little bit of bread experience as well. I have worked in a ray of different settings such as restaurants, cafes, bistros, hotels, functions, teaching, training, supervisory, catering, personal chef, writing menus, bakeries, fine dinning.
Study however as such has been: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Health and Safety Supervisors, Diploma of Business, (4 subjects away from finishing) Certificate IV in Patisserie.
