Hello my hungry little diners. I am a fully qualified chef and have been cooking for 10 years now. I have a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery which I completed at Ryde Tafe. I have a background in fine dining, up market pubs and also cafes. I am also a coeliac so understand the whole gluten free/cross contamination issues. I love cooking Asian, Italian, Greek and Modern Australian food. I base my food on fresh, seasonal produce and believe it is important to have a balanced diet to not only stay healthy but it means you can indulge on weekends ;) Enough about me lets eat some food!

Chicken Thai Red Curry
Mild/Medium spiced curry , loaded with vegetables (carrot, zucchini, broccoli, green beans) served with Kaffir Lime leaf and turmeric aromatic rice and poppadum.
Vegan Veg Curry
Coconut milk based curry, chilli, ginger, garlic and onion loaded with zucchini, carrot, green beans and baby spinach served with kaffir lime leaf and turmric aromatic rice and poppadoms.
Wok On Stirfry
Chicken, carrot, mushroom, onion, garlic, snow peas, green beans finished in a oyster and soy sauce served with boiled rice
Time to Veg Out
Shaved zucchini, chilli, garlic, parsely, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach & parmesan served with fettuccine pasta

Chicken mince rissoles (parsley, garlic, onion and carrot) served with brown rice salad (capsicum, corn, parsley, red onion finished with a touch of sesame oil
Thai My Beef Salad
Marinated beef, asian veggies (carrot, cucumber,vermicelli noodles, corriander, mint & bean sprouts) finished with my secret dressing.
