Hello my hungry little diners.
I am a fully qualified chef and have been cooking for 10 years now. I have a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery which I completed at Ryde Tafe. I have a background in fine dining, up market pubs and also cafes. I am also a coeliac so understand the whole gluten free/cross contamination issues.
I love cooking Asian, Italian, Greek and Modern Australian food. I base my food on fresh, seasonal produce and believe it is important to have a balanced diet to not only stay healthy but it means you can indulge on weekends ;)
